Music World Mansion

The Music World Mansion is a historic Houston building and the current home of Music World Entertainment corporate headquarters. Built in the 1800s and standing three stories tall, the Music World Mansion is also know as the Rice Mansion, after its original owner, Benjamin B. Rice. The house was also the residence of Larry Joe Doherty; a texas ethics attorney, television personality and judge in the courtroom syndicated program, Texas Justice, and former candidate for a US Representative seat in the 10th Congressional District of Texas. Continuing the lineage of famous Texan owners, Mathew Knowles, founder and CEO of Music World Entertainment, bought the property in 2002.
