Rental Information

Please contact us for current pricing and specials. All rentals include the following:

Full use of the venue (furnished) for a 5-hour event,
3 additional hours for load-in, courtyard and the required fees of: sound technician, security, venue staff, cleaning, house manager, load-out time & street parking.

Sound Technician
Our in-house sound technician monitors the audio with your DJ to ensure the best audio quality possible utilizing our state-of-the-art sound system as well as programming our Martin lighting system for your event. Please note that your DJ is not allowed to bring in their own speakers, all that is required is a laptop/mixer and/or turntables and XLR cables.
